Description of Responsibilities:
Event Management:
Manage all aspects and logistics of St. Ann’s Foundation events including:

  • Set and manage timelines to ensure delivery of critical information. Develop event budget, objectives and goals.
  • Creation of invitations and development of invitation lists.
  • Oversee event marketing and registration.
  • Research and secure event venues and vendors.
  • Manage program flow and involvement of staff.
  • Write event briefings and prepare supporting materials for Leadership.
  • Provide onsite support during events.
  • Manage event communication and feedback.
  • Key events include: St. Ann’s Community Walk, annual donor stewardship event, employee scholarship celebration and recognition events, annual advent celebration, education series for residents, Foundation Board meetings, ad hoc events.

Engagement Data and Analysis:

  • Track and record event data in CRM database. Analyze data and provide event follow up reporting.

Engagement Strategy:

  • Coordinate and collaborate with colleagues to effectively identify non-event engagement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on projects and constituent engagement.

Donor Management:

  • Lead support for St. Ann’s United Way annual campaign.
  • Point of contact for third party events.

Adheres to AFP’s Code of Ethics and Donor Bill of Rights.
Meaningfully engage with St. Ann’s elders by participating in organized engagement programs and relationship building.
Other duties as assigned to support the advancement of St. Ann’s Community philanthropy programs.

Education:
Bachelor's degree.

Experience/Personal Qualifications:
3-5 years of development/advancement/fundraising, non-profit, event management, customer service, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
