Description of Responsibilities: The Aquinas Fund & Engagement Manager is responsible for the strategy, execution, and performance of the Aquinas Fund, with primary accountability for increasing participation, strengthening donor retention, and growing annual fund revenue in alignment with annual goals and the mission, vision, and core values of The Aquinas Institute. This individual develops and implements a comprehensive, year-round annual giving program, including segmentation strategies, targeted outreach, and donor engagement initiatives that drive measurable results while strengthening meaningful connections to the Aquinas community and its mission. The Manager leads the planning and execution of key fundraising initiatives, including Shamrock Week, and leverages events and engagement opportunities as strategic tools to advance donor participation, philanthropic support, and long-term community engagement. In addition, the Aquinas Fund & Engagement Manager oversees Advancement Office events and alumni engagement efforts to ensure they align with and support the fundraising priorities.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Experience/Personal Qualifications:
- Minimum two years’ advancement experience in a non-profit organization, including annual campaigns is preferred.
- Proficient computer skills are a must, with database experience preferred, Raiser’s Edge is a plus.
- Knowledge of fund development principles and public relations.
- Experience with digital campaigns is a plus.
- This role requires independent decision-making, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while driving measurable results.
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills required
- Ability to motivate and actively engage volunteer groups & committees
- Demonstrated ability to work toward and achieve fundraising goals
