The Chamberlain Scholarship for International Conference
Deadline for Applications: Closed
The AFP Foundation for Philanthropy and the AFP Genesee Valley Chapter are proud to offer the Chamberlain Scholarship to the 2023 International Conference on Fundraising. The conference will be held in New Orleans, LA from April 16 - 18, 2023 and is a wonderful opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in fundraising. For more information about the conference, please visit http://afpicon.com/.
The Chamberlain Scholarship is named in honor of Ralph E. Chamberlain, CFRE. Mr. Chamberlain had a long and distinguished career of service to the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP), beginning in the 1960s and until his death in 1999. Mr. Chamberlain’s dedication to AFP never faltered. Because of his long-time support of the Foundation’s annual fund and a generous planned gift, the AFP Board of Directors renamed their Conference Scholar Program in 2000 to honor Mr. Chamberlain’s memory and commitment to the Association.
The Chamberlain Scholarship provides 100% registration fee for the International AFP for conference registration and up to $1000 from the AFP Genesee Valley Chapter to help with travel expenses.
